I just did the smae thing today (for the first time ever) I've got 12 little 8 oz jars full of yummy strawberry goodness! and 9 quart size jars of pickles :)
My mom used to make ultra-sweet "freezer jam" with strawberries. I'll have to ask her for the recipe for that...it was so good! We live close to where Cracker Barrel's bed is all baked...we can get it for $1.00 a loaf, it is the bomb-diggety with the jam!
