So my dh, in his infinite wisdom set up all the computers in the house to have microsoft messenger.. but just with each other. His reasoning is that he can kick my son off the computer at night without having to yell across the house (read, get his arse out of his desk chair). Ok, I follow that.
Except my kids can see when I log onto my computer, and they harrass me. My son at least will type a pestering of questions he expects answered. My daughter however just sends a battery of annoying little microsoft icons. And nonsense. There is no back and forth conversation. Just a huge disruption of my limited time to get my work done.
Tell me again whyyyyyyyyy we have to have this set up?? Men!
