Play Ball!
There is no better way to spend a warm summer night then sitting in the stands watching your team play ball. Especially if they win their home opener 8-1 and the opposing team didn't even get their run until the top of the 9th inning. June brings the return of NECLB (New England Collegiate League Baseball, which is a summer league. ) to our area.. and this summer in particular brings the 10th season of our hometown team. The crowd in the stands set a new record for most fans at a home opener game ever (3,041). We set the old record last year, despite the rain that was forecast (and came with a vengeance) and it was funny to be there to break it tonight. The team played great, the weather was perfect, and we were able to have our home opener fireworks. When was the last time a total of $10 got you so much? (tickets went up a dollar this year, but the family pass is the best deal this side of the Mississippi). A great way to end the week.

Sounds awesome.
I wonder what deal I can get if I'm crossing the Mississippi back and forth daily?
